There is no contact form on this site. If you email us, we process your email address and the information you choose to send. Hosting and email systems may generate technical records needed for operation and security.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to answer enquiries, assess requests and prepare service proposals. Enquiries about contracting the service are handled as precontractual measures requested by the person concerned. Professional communications and legal obligations are handled under the applicable legal basis.
Retention
Data is kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry and, where a contractual relationship is established, for the periods required by applicable legal obligations.
Providers and external services
Hosting and email providers may be needed to operate the service. This site downloads Montserrat from Google Fonts: your browser contacts that service and transmits technical request data, including your IP address. No advertising or behavioural analytics tools have been added.
Local preferences and the demo
The language selector saves your selection in browser local storage. The demo stores favourite dishes in the same browser; favourites are not sent to a VisualRest database. You can remove them in your browser settings.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by emailing info@visualrest.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe processing is inappropriate.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.
